Factory Overview
Our company operates from two cutting-edge manufacturing facilities.
In Suzhou, we have a sprawling 100,000-square-meter space, including 6,000 square meters of Class 10,000 cleanrooms and 200 square meters of Class 100 cleanrooms.
Our Nantong facility, established in 2019, spans 70,000 square meters and features 10,000 square meters of Class 10,000 cleanrooms and 1,000 square meters of Class 100 cleanrooms.

Tooling
We have independently developed and manufactured 3D lithography machines for in-house mold production.

UV Imprinting
Three production lines for automated operations and curing coatings.

Silver imprinting, IR oven
Utilizing roll-to-roll manufacturing, we achieve remarkable efficiency, producing one 86-inch panel every 55 seconds.

FPC Bonding
Pulse type bonding machine, customized heater, one piece flow, multiple working table size can support products from 3.5 inch to 110 inches.

Glass lamination
CCD positioning, automatic process, multiple working table size can support products from 3.5 inch to 110 inches, fit for curved screen, class 100+ cleanness can ensure lamination quality.

TFT bonding
Our optical bonding process can effectively eliminate air between displays, reduce the light loss, then realize readable under sunshine.
